Bei Vorankündigung um ein leiseres Zimmer ohne Tourgruppen auf der Etage wurde dieses arrangiert. Generell habe ich sehr gute Erfahrung mit überaus freundliche, jungen Personal gemacht. Sowohl der junge Rezeptionist, der das Zimmer organisiert hat, als auch am Morgen beim Checkout, um sicherzustellen, dass ich bei der nächsten Buchung auch ein ruhiges Zimmer auf der Etage bekomme. Es ist ein überaus neue Gebäude, das nahe Bussen und Minibussenstationen liegt. Zwar keine MTr,a ber ist sehr gut angebunden. Leider gibt es dort manchmal seltsame Gäste, das nicht am Hotel liegt, die unangenehme Gerüche im Lift hinterlassen. Es gibt neuerdings Wasserspender im Flur. Bringt eure Irenen Toiletenartikel mit, da es keine mehr nach Hker Gesetzen rausgegeben werden darf. Selbst Hausschuhe! Leider ist es zu dieser Jahreszeit äußerst feucht in diesen Zimmernm daher muss die Klimaanlage ständig an sein, u zwar zw 20-22 Grad.

I have never experienced this kind of inconvenience in my life. The recycle water for the toilet is busted and it has been one day and hasn’t been fixed. Three of us did # 2 every morning and the toilet tank did not have any water to flush…not a present experience. Hotel personnel recommended to fill toilet tank with water from the shower flex faucet, it takes some time to fill the tank before flushing the toilet. What an awful experience…i asked to cancel my 2 nights reservation but they said not refundable. All guests in the city have to deal with this issues. Relocate at their own expense. This is Hong Kong, I get it. I can manage but what bother me the most is the hotel expects their guests to deal with it. You don’t like it,..you can leave, they don’t care. See pics below.
