Efficient check in and out. Location is perfect. Just take lift to lobby then it’s connected to a shopping mall with all kind of restaurants and shops. Also just above the MongKok East station. No matter you need to travel to which direction, Hong Kong island or new territories, just very convenient. No time to try the swimming pool this time. The Chinese restaurant at 3/F is good. service is warm. Have discount on food if you are hotel residence. Just the room is a bit dim. Room rate is reasonable . Overall is a nice hotel!

The location is adequate, near the city center with reliable transportation; one can walk to the subway and nearby street food options without issue. The room is of moderate size, with simple decor that falls short of luxury but maintains cleanliness and order. The bed is sleepable, and both air conditioning and WiFi function as expected. Staff attitudes are neutral, check-in and check-out proceeded smoothly, and the morning buffet breakfast has limited variety—merely sufficient to satiate, with coffee and bread passing muster at best. Of course, the bathroom water pressure is somewhat weak, and soundproofing is average, occasionally allowing noise disturbances. However, given that the rates are only two-thirds of comparable establishments, such minor flaws are hardly worth mentioning. In summary, if you seek mere functionality rather than excitement, this place is worth considering. It will not greatly disappoint, nor will it provide excessive delight. Should the need arise again, I might select it once more. Recommendation rating: 4/5.

This is an established hotel, and I chose it primarily for its convenience. The L-floor lobby offers a direct corridor to Langham Place, putting shopping, dining, and the MTR all within easy reach. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the Mong Kok stop for Airport Bus A21. My only minor complaint is that despite requesting a quiet room, I was still assigned one facing the street. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite chilly.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and just right for me and my son. The daily room service was a great touch—they provided fresh towels, tissues, and neatly fixed the bed each day. While there was no bidet, the handheld shower served as a convenient alternative. The amenities were complete as described, though guests should bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the best things about this place was its accessibility. It was conveniently close to the bus station for airport transfers and just a short walk to Mong Kok MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay! Sorry, I wasn't able to take pic of the room. Forgot, we are too busy during our stay, super enjoyed the stay, because it was close to everything you need. Literally room for sleep for us.

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed. There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly. The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere! Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

Small room, suitable for those who mainly want to travel, not a large accommodation. The room has a kettle, hair dryer, and a variety of plug-in toothbrushes. There are shampoo, shower gel, and towels. The bathroom is small but can take a shower just right. Convenient transportation, can walk from Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei stations, easy to see the entrance to the building. There is cheap drinking water for sale in the accommodation. You can call the accommodation from the phone in front of the room. There was a problem with the hot water. At first, it was not warm, so I called the staff, who came to check it out quickly and helped solve the problem well. The staff recommended that I wait until there were fewer users for the water to warm up. Later, I waited until there were fewer users and was able to use the hot water as the staff recommended. The staff came to collect the trash every day and cleaned the room. The staff provided good service and were helpful.

Perfect room for solo travellers! Stayed here for 5 nights and the location was convenient and surrounded by a variety of eateries and transport options. Well equipped with amenities - air condition is strong and works great, functioning TV, hot/cold water is strong and bed is comfy. As a female solo traveller, I found it spacious and never felt stuffy or cramped. Owner is very kind and helpful too!

I booked a single room, and the place had a really nice vibe. The location is incredibly convenient for tourists. It's right in the heart of Mong Kok, with plenty of souvenir shops just downstairs, and the MTR station is only a 100-meter walk away. The owner was also wonderful – very friendly and offered excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Considering the cleanliness and the nice environment, it offers fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!

Room is very small. For 4 person room, if one of you is in bigger size, suggest to book room more than 4 person. The bed given for 4 person room are 2 super single size bed. Very hard to sleep 2 person in 1 bed.
