Honestly, the room was decent and the view was good. However, many of the staff had terrible attitudes (not all, but most. The foreign lady who checked me in at night was great, and a kind, portly Hong Kong gentleman at the concierge desk on B1 the next day was also very helpful). Now, I'll elaborate on the negatives. Firstly, a significant number of staff (especially the foreign employees) openly discriminated against mainland Chinese tourists. For example, they'd be conversing in Cantonese among themselves, but when I'd make a request in Cantonese, they'd deliberately respond in English or flat-out claim they don't speak Chinese. I mean, what language were you just speaking?! Then, after I repeated my request in English, they'd reluctantly go and do it. The service experience was utterly terrible. If they genuinely dislike us, why not just refuse to host mainland tourists? It's outrageous. We're paying customers, yet we have to put up with their bad attitudes. Truly speechless.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and there are many great restaurants nearby. They don't provide toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own. The room is quite small, ideal for one person, but would be cramped for two. The front desk staff speak English, and it's easy to get to Times Square. There are also Watsons and Mannings stores nearby, along with various dessert shops. The bedsheets I had seemed to have a stain, like an ashtray might have been placed on them without being properly cleaned. Overall, the hygiene was just average.
