I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.

Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

It is located in a building right next to Jordan station. It is a place that can be reached not only by subway but also by N bus even late at night. Even I, a first-time Hong Konger with no sense of direction, was able to go there. Since we had informed them in advance, they kindly accommodated us even though we had to check in in the middle of the night. The staff at the store were very kind and kept my luggage with me even after I checked out, lent me the bathroom, and carefully told me about recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants. I was a little confused about the hotel entrance and how to get to my room because I hadn't checked the email I received in advance, but Trip.com's operator helped me with all my confusion and troubles even though it was late at night. Thank you very much for your kind response, which was really helpful. The room has everything you need, is clean, and is a good value considering the price. Conversion plugs for electrical outlets, hair dryers, and towels were also provided. Since the shower and toilet are in the same place, it may be difficult for those who are not good at it. Last time, I was able to make a last-minute reservation for a weekday stay, but next time when I tried to make a reservation on Saturday and Sunday, the same great room was already occupied. If you are unsure, we recommend making an early reservation.
