房間衞生很好，設施比較齊備，早餐比較豐富。
遺憾的是一樓服務枱服務員態度太差，講話生硬，對客人非常冷漠，甚至有意的坑客人。

酒店門口有停車場，旁邊有沃爾瑪超市和商業街，停車購物吃飯都非常方便。前台小姐姐態度親切，因是多人出行，預訂房間較多，還給我們免費升級了兩間房。酒店應該是剛裝修不久看着很新，房間乾淨整潔，還有智能系統控制，窗外就是沿河公園和綠化帶，景觀不錯，是飯後散步和晨跑的好去處，如果以後還來紅安，這家酒店將是我不二之選。
