酒店涉及不合理，洗漱台太矮，洗漱不方便，衞生條件差，路中間有牛糞，沒人清理，踩了我一腳，拿行李不方便，到酒店有距離，前台人太少，説的幫忙，也懶得等，服務，早餐一般，就是一個簡餐，沒有選擇，環境和價格嚴重不匹配

非常失望的一次入住，五星級酒店的收費，卻沒達到預期效果。沒有空調，前台説開了地熱的，結果一整晚都冷來沒咋睡着；熱水一會兒冷，一會兒燙得皮都要起水泡，無法調整；最尷尬的是被子揭開感覺都沒洗乾淨，床上還有沒清理乾淨的**的毛，失望！

整體還是不錯，我個人是抱着野奢的心態來住的，略微有點小失落。
設施：設施沒毛病，地暖的温度是我覺得這次旅途中最舒服的。
衞生：衞生沒有大毛病，就是淋浴間的木質地板讓我覺得有點不乾淨。
環境：環境還不錯，有湖有草，能看日出。
服務：管家隨叫隨到，但不是24小時。
我覺得早餐種類有待提高，畢竟價格那麼高。
