From the moment we entered we felt very welcome, nothing could be too much trouble. From reception through to the bar the staff were attentive and amazing. The room was very clean, quality oozed from everything. It was unfortunate that our view from the room was of the car park, but who cares when you can relax in a massive comfortable bed, after showering in a beautiful clean shower with top quality toiletries. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, a good choice on the menu, and pack a punch of flavour, very accommodating for any allergies and intolerances too, without any fuss. There is a drawback though, at the end of your stay you have to leave, but those amazing memories can come with you

We stayed at this hotel during the Easter holidays as we were visiting friends In the area. It really did exceed our expectations. Service fantastic, great rooms that were spacious and spotless and breakfast was a hit with kids. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Booked to stay 1 night as on the this website it said there was room service. Got to the hotel nice looking foyer, greeted by Tom, very warm welcome. As we made our way to our room this place got worse! It just looks dated, dilapidated and worn out. When we got to our room, the paper was coming off parts of the wall, thick dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, wobbly chairs and very, VERY thin windows. On the welcome laminate it says 'we do not offer room service' when i questioned this with reception I spoke with someone who i later found out that he was the owner! He was quite rude and ****y towards me. To cut this shorter, one night, I suppose for the price maybe worth it. Just don't expect anything better than a run down B&B!

Rude, constant inconsistencies with the truth and to cap things they never reply to emails BE WARNED they they are a cashless place (I wouldn’t call it a hotel) and they do not state this on website or booking conformation STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS HOVEL

On one of the coldest nights of the year it wasn't great to find that the heating in the room was not working. I reported this to reception who placed a fan heater in my room but no offer of moving rooms was put forward. With the heater on the room was fine but tying to sleep with a fan heater on was not great so I turned it off only to wake during the night very cold so on went the heater again.
The hotel is generally very tiered although attempts have been made to freshen up the bathrooms. The bar area was cold but on a positive note the food was good and the service was decent. If you like a lukewarm breakfast including the coffee then this is the hotel for you. I presume the early risers would have had a hot breakfast but clearly the buffet was not re-stocked.

The Hotel provides a professional and homely feel under its roof, the Owner and General Manager of the hotel are extremely attentive to the needs of their guests and are focussed on providing all that is needed to work effectively whilst away from the office and home. Ideally situated for exhibitions or the tourist sites of Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford. Recommend 100% for business and pleasure.

What a waste of a great location .. It’s worth what you pay for accommodation would of made much more business sense to renovate with a quality finish on a smaller scale instead of cutting costs on materials beds etc Food well .. Evening meal on a Friday restaurant was dead the food was terrible the place as never seen chef over cooked under cooked just no clue it can’t be a chef in there .. I complained and the older waitress/bar manager made no apology took my food away and didn’t even acknowledge us when she brought it back .. Breakfast good selection tbh and would have been worth the money if everything wasn’t stored in cheap food warmers and cold .. I’ve had restaurants this place needs a real good manager to sort it out .. change your name management and start again smaller .. before I completely fails I never write a review but we have both had bad stomachs since eating there and the last never apologised when she knew our food was terrible so here’s my review
