Nice , small hotel. Located in rural area. Clean rooms. Large restaurant and bar. Well equipped gym although hotel added a surcharge to use this as a guest. A pool too.

4 of us stayed here and played both courses we preferred the hills course over the Valley. I thought the staff were excellent as well as the facilities the attention to detail really stood out and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay and play here.

Great venue for a golfing break with the choice of 2 courses which played excellent. Facilities and room were nice and clean and we were well looked after by the staff in the Sports Bar for the evening. My only disappointment would be that I felt someone actually counted my chips out when plating up the Barnham Burger for our evening meal. C'mon guys...put some salad or a few onion rings on the plate so it looks like you've made an effort to cover the plate.

2 fantastic golf courses with several stunning holes offering a challenge on the Valley course and a more chilled out round on the Hills. The clubhouse is very well equipped with a great proshop, brilliant bar and the food was very nice. Looking forward to going back in August.

The hotel is in a lovely setting and the spa package was excellent value. The pool/sauna facilities are also very good and the changing rooms clean. The pool was a little cold for me, but the room itself was warm. Our afternoon tea was really good, as was dinner in the Brasserie. Breakfast could have been better. We went down at around 9am but the meat products of the cooked breakfast were dry and over done. The continental breakfast was good. My spa treatment was also really good and exactly what I wanted. All staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would recommend this for a spa break.

A group of us had a golf weekend at BB. Every member of staff we encountered was fantastic, always willing to help. The hotel and food were both good, and the golf courses excellent. We’ll definitely be returning. Big thanks to everyone. David M

Arrived pleasantly surprised by the location and the facilities, nice place, well maintained, friendly helpful staff. Good bars and great views of the courses. The courses are the hill and the valley, these are both challenging and very different, we played the hill Day 1 which we all considered the better of the two, although the valley is also a good course. We are coming back.

Stayed prior to an early morning meeting in Norwich, arrived quite late, but reception couldn't have been more helpful and great breakfast. Room was immaculate, comfortable and extremely quiet. Will definitely use again, thanks.

Lovely, relaxing weekend break. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant were great and food was lovely in both. Facilities were good. A car is essential to travel around, which we did and saw a lot of the lovely Norfolk. Would definitely recommend and will return.
