Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

This is the most beautiful resort on Waikiki Beach, and the kids' pool is absolutely fantastic. Shopping is also incredibly convenient. It's truly a perfect hotel.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Waikiki Beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right outside, making dining and shopping very convenient. The ocean view is beautiful. However, when I checked in, I found some gray stains and a long hair on the bedsheets. I called and they changed the bedding, but this definitely deserves a negative review.

On the day of check-in, there was an empty yogurt cup left on the windowsill, and a few long hairs that hadn't been cleaned in the shower. The towels also had stains. We reported this to the hotel, but they didn't clean it promptly. On the fourth day, we even found a used steak knife in the air conditioning vent! I really can't understand if this was intentional or just pure negligence...

Pretty good. It's located inside a shopping mall, so it can get a bit noisy. Those who prefer quiet might find it a bit loud, but shoppers will probably love it since it's so convenient for shopping. It also has a private beach.

No kidding, I've stayed at this hotel before, about eight years ago, and I had such a great experience that I decided to book it again this time. The hotel's location is fantastic; turn left for the beach and right for the commercial street. I opted for a sea-view room, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery truly gives you that vacation feeling!

The hotel's location and views are absolutely amazing, no complaints there. However, the facilities are very basic. When showering, water spills all over the bathroom floor. The cleaning service was also very superficial; we stayed for three days and the trash on the table was never thrown out. We left a tip on the bedside table every day, but it didn't make a difference. This really doesn't meet the standard for a 5000+ per night hotel.

I had seen a lot of negative reviews on various platforms before, but I didn't experience any of those issues myself. 1. I checked in earlier than the official time. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained that my room was still being cleaned, so I couldn't check in immediately. I left my luggage and went out shopping. While I was out, the hotel called to say my room was ready, which was earlier than the standard check-in time. 2. I discussed my room preferences with the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It felt much better than what I had booked.

Great location, right in the heart of everything, with the Pacific Ocean at its back and Waikiki Beach to its left.
