15 mins from the airport to the hotel by hotel free shuttle bus which runs every 30 mins.
Rooms are spacious and clean and free toiletries are provided as well.
Did not book with the breakfast option but have taken a glance of the breakfast varieties, my personal view is not worth the money.
The only disappointment is the hotel Wi-Fi, it is SUPER WEAK!

Its just okay… they don’t have any amenities at all, and they share everything with another hotel, have that in mind.

Free shuttle bus service to the Schiphol airport, location is good. There is a Macdonald's very nearby.

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus (not 24 h). Room has basic amenities and breakfast is decent. However, omelet station was not manned.

Fantastic quality hotel, didn’t realise there was a free airport shuttle had a bit of a walk there ( my mistake) used it when leaving great plus 2 free complimentary drinks a good bonus

The room was clean and serviceable. There were very few amenities but was great for the time and price spent. The front desk was very helpful and even gave us drink vouchers for the night we were there.

Good location close to Schipol, hotel offers shuttle service from/to airport, room is clean and comfortable, but not special, just enough for an overnight stay while waiting for next flight.

Clean, have food nearby. The staff is nice, friendly and the room is big with nice bathroom. However, the location is a bit inconvenient for us to go to the airport.

Make booking through Trip Com and during check in the receptionist Shannon unable to find my booking. It took her about 10 minutes to find my booking due to Trip Com booked my name not accordingly. Was glad her found my booking.
She was very helpful & friendly.
Would recommend my friends to stay in this hotel if on transit because is near the airport and they provide free shuttle.

Location is great and free shuttle is very helpful. Our room is a bit dated but it's an overnight stay and we got an early check in so can't complain. Was initially confused with Bastion and Best Western - even Uber drivers can't find the place easily.

Comfortable, clean but rather pricey hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
BUT the place is woefully understaffed. (I waited 25 minutes for a beer on arrival because the single receptionist was also 'the bar staff').
I also waited 35+ minutes at the airport's shuttle bus stop but didn't notice a Best Western bus. So, I paid 25€ for a taxi instead.
On departure I realised the bus is actually painted bright orange and bears the BASTION logo of the neighbouring hotel. (On close inspection it also bears a much less prominent Best Western logo that's not readily noticeable)..

Best Western Plus Amsterdam Airport Hotel: The hotel is located a little far from Schiphol Airport.
Didn't rate the location highly.
However, shuttle buses operate every 30 minutes. This free shuttle bus runs from Schiphol Airport to the hotel every 30 minutes, making it very convenient. This is a fantastic service that transcends location.
Additionally, when you visit the hotel, the very active and friendly hotel staff provide perfect service. This is better than any typical hotel in the Netherlands.
A capsule-type coffee machine is provided in the room. However, if you need a coffee pot in your room, please ask at the front desk. We will kindly provide it to you.
