Good location, parking, easy access to room, staff friendly.
Room in need a new carpet (s), no shower curtain in bath. Bedside lamp did not work.

It was our second time staying. Sent an email to the hotel advising concerns. To be told they are renovating etc. didn’t excuse the fact that the room was beyond unsatisfactory for a guest to stay in. We will not be staying here again…..

Sounds like there’s zero sound proofing.
Stay upstairs if possible but still hearing conversations and showers from the neighbour.
Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

We were on our way to a concert in Vancouver and they let us get our hotel key on our way bye early which was very convenient for us, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast and the main hotel could use a renovation but the room was clean and very comfortable sleep. Was nice and quiet and we fell asleep fast. There was a refrigerator in the room and that was convenient for us since we were coming from grande cache, AB.
