1. There are stains on one of the towels provided.
2. The facilities are a little bit worn.
3. The speed of the WiFi provided is very slow and its signal is also very weak.

Very old and tired, most of the furniture you wouldn’t give to an op shop just burn it, the place was that bad we found it amusing, easily the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. Would have been a great place in its day. Close to sanctuary marina and restaurants is the only plus side.

Clean, full facilities, close to everything, spacious. My kids love the swim pool and spa. Good place to stay and for sure come back next time.

Should have been awesome but the room wasn't ready on time and the Wifi was unavailable which meant no internet or TV for the kids. It looked like there was a wifi unit but it had chords plugged into it, nor to the foxtel or tv. I tried calling reception but it was 5pm by the time the room was available and no answer when calling reception. When I told reception the next morning they didn't seem to care. We specifically organised this 2 bedroom apartment so that we could have a break from the kids, but instead they had nothing to do all evening.

Place was huge, 2 bed 2.5 bath place with a full kitchen, living room and laundry room. The patio was really nice to sit on in the morning to eat breakfast while looking over a nice neighborhood. Parking is gated and underground with an elevator up to the room's floor.
