Our room was large with a big modern bathroom. Large screen TV with Netflix. Comfortable bed. Nice view from our private balcony over the lake. The location is good, alongside the lake with a nice restaurant on the other side of the road. Good breakfast is an extra charge. Car parking is available on the street, free overnight, or you can pay to park in the hotel car park.

Hotel molto carino a due passi da un bel laghetto.
Ristorante con cibo davvero ottimo
L'unica pecca dell'hotel è il parcheggio, tutto a pagamento con parchimetro, e per parcheggiare all'interno nel garage coperto costa 5,90 euro (che la trovo la soluzione migliore)

The check-in went smoothly, and the rooms are very nicely decorated and, most importantly to me, clean. They really made an effort to make my vacation as enjoyable as possible, whether in the in-house restaurant or when I inquired about the surroundings. The staff was very friendly. All around, I was very satisfied with my choice and can only recommend it.

Ich war kürzlich im Hotel San Maco und muss sagen, es war fantastisch. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und das Bett super bequem. Aber das Beste war definitiv die Aussicht auf den See – einfach WoW, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer da, wenn man sie brauchte. Das Essen im Hotel war auch top.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel San Marco am Hopfensee war eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, bis zu meiner Abreise, fühlte ich mich durchweg willkommen und bestens umsorgt und eine tolle Lage.

Kürzlich verbrachte ich einige Tage im Hotel San Marco und war begeistert von der makellosen Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie der außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit des Personals. Dies hat meinen Urlaub am Hopfensee noch unvergesslicher gemacht! Zudem ließ ich mich bezüglich der Sehenswürdigkeiten beraten, und man konnte mir dort einige wundervolle Empfehlungen geben.

NO customer care and support ! I booked this hotel for December holidays , unfortunately all flight where cancelled in Munich due to the extreme weather hence our travel plan / flights got cancelled. My booking with hotel was from 09 December and payment was deducted on 02 December . I request for cancellation and refund on 03 December before 06 days of booking and the very next day after they charge me but no support received from hotel side. I requested again and again as it’s a big amount but sadly they didn’t refund . All the other hotel which I booked over Munich and other locations cancelled and refunded me the amount as this is not cancelled internationally by me its because act of god or nature !!!!
