Staff ok but they get you a taxi that over charges so avoid there taxi get your own :)

Small room, very noisy guests and no insulation so you can hear adjacent rooms, upstairs rooms, across the hall rooms. Public Transport to Gatwick not easy and taxi or shuttle expensive, not recommended for this cost.

Since the flight was canceled, I found a hotel for a short rest! What a surprise after checking in! The waiters are very friendly and the surrounding environment of the hotel is my favorite suburban scenery! The bathroom is very hygienic and the shower and hot water are powerful! The waiter was more attentive in arranging transportation back to the airport! This small hotel can give guests stranded at the airport what they need!

There is not enough space to open the suitcase. It is only half open. I am glad that drinking water is provided. It is only a short bus ride from the airport.

The breakfast is very simple. It is just a breakfast. It is not tasty and there are few varieties.

Room: I booked a three-bed room, and the store gave me a four-bed room, about 15 square meters, with a bathroom, which can take a shower, which is more cozy; Location: 2 kilometers away from the South Terminal of Gatwick Airport, but it takes about 40 minutes to walk there. You can take a bus to get there, and the bus is about 1 stop. If you want to arrive one day earlier, the location of Premier Inn is closer. The store has a shuttle bus to the airport every hour. You need to pay, about 3 pounds per person
