The hotel is very easy to find and located oerfectly for Lakeside or the M25/M11. Staff very friendly and Hotel Manager Kim provided excellent Customer Service. Only downside being bank holiday there was no evening food service but Uber and Deliveroo possible. Lots of carparking. Great Value. Would stay again 😁

Bit outdated and worn at places. Lot of noise from the highway as the windows are old and no noise reductions.

This was an excellent budget stay to visit family nearby. On arrival we were offered a free drink and breakfast was already included free. The room was huge for a basic room with a great rain forest shower, king size bed, big T.V. and ironing board etc if you needed it. I noticed that if available you could upgrade to a suite for just £30. Great value for money - plenty of free parking.

The hotel was extremely quiet for such a large place. The room room was basic and dated but most of all there was no heating which made my one night stay uncomfortable. Staff were dressed casually with no corporate image and could be mistaken for guests. Breakfast was buffet style but hot food had to be served by a casually dressed staff member and felt awkward. Unfortunately I will not be returning

Super ... Very spacious hotel inc large bedroom. Hotel maybe a bit dated but it's clean today and the staff and super helpful and friendly. I would recommend and definitely stay again ..
