The hotel was simple but fine. The location was good for if you have business in or near Horsens.
But unfortunately between 2 days they did not even come to clean the room and change the towels.
Also the breakfast one the first day (on the 4th floor) was very good. But for some reason on the second day it was moved to the 3th floor where the breakfast did not have a coffee machine but only a coffee can. This was disappointing.
Overall the experience could be better. But it is still a decent choice if you need to stay in Horsens.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the city center/train station, and there are no restaurants/shops in the immediate vicinity. The building looks modern and attractive in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, but looks a little worn. There is a balcony, and two radiators in the room provide cozy warmth in winter. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Room service was not available for 3 nights, but this service can be ordered separately. In the bathroom, a mat/rug is missing in the shower area. The house and the rooms are very quiet.
The breakfast buffet is sufficient, but there is no table service. Unfortunately, the restaurant only offers a limited selection of dishes. Overall, I felt comfortable in the hotel, although the service (room service/breakfast buffet) could definitely be improved. Throughout the entire hotel, you get the clear impression that cost-cutting measures are being implemented in all areas.

Beautiful hotel, so clean and comfortable. Great breakfast huge range something for everyone. The location is ideal to walk into Horsens or get out into the countryside it’s right next to a nature reserve. The staff were welcoming and helpful and we loved the wellness centre again so clean and friendly.

Ondanks autopech zijn we gebracht naar dichtsbijzijnde hotel. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen. We mochten de kapotte auto voor het hotel laten. Nadat we een leenauto hadden gehaald konden we de spullen overpakken en zij regelden dat de auto opgehaald werd. Terugweg weer overnacht. We konden zonder probeem langer blijven op de kamer aangezien de auto later opgehaald kon worden uit de garage. Super hotel en echte aanrader. Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie omgeving. Bedankt.
