Premier Inn Horsham Town Centre

This hotel is brilliant. Central location, very quiet in room, comfortable bed and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the hotel and appreciated the accessible room and walk-in shower as I am unable to get into a bath. Our room was clean and fresh. The restaurant was also clean and the food well presented with smart and helpful staff, Luigi was especially helpful and had a very cheerful disposition. The English breakfast was very good and the meal deal was excellent value.

Absolute first class service. I am awaiting surgery so on crutches at the moment. From the moment I entered the building nothing was too much trouble.. Accessible room near to the lifts, iced water in the restaurant as I’d had a very long journey. Help with my bags was just a few things This has been such a pleasurable experience and I can’t recommend the service of Oussama & Luigi definitely be returning

Very comfortable and generously sized rooms. Breakfast was good too. As is so often the case, the computerised reception system seemed to challenge the staff, but they were polite and did their best with it. This is common to many hotels now. I was a bit irritated to discover that the TV screen in my room had been smashed and would not work. I reported it straight away, but even though we were there for two nights it remained faulty.

Its a premier in, and its pretty new so quite nice. beds are comfortable and its rite next to a multi story carpark which is useful. town centre is on your doorstep with multi restaurants outside your doors and a new cinema next door. the towns really pretty and the market is quite good

Can't think last time I paid good money to stay in a such a filthy environment. Was here for 4 days for family celebrations so left every morning and returned late evening. What I didn't realise was that there is no room cleaning service in this hotel; apparently if you want your room cleaned in any way, you need to ask for it. So every evening I returned to find my bed still unmade, toilet still uncleaned and an overflowing bin by the time I left. The air conditioning was antiquated and was pretty useless so between listening to that and a stale smell growing every day from zero ventilation, it was impossible to get any sleep. The comforting background noises of a morning room attendants team busily going around hoovering and cleaning rooms does not exist in this place. The only member of staff I encountered during my stay was on leaving when a young lad walked past me and my luggage and said, 'You leaving? what room you in?' and that was that, interaction over after I told him my room number. So that's me finished with Premier Inn as a brand. I've used them for I think around 15 years now, here in Uk and overseas too. My favourite hotel in Dubai is the PI near Dubai airport but I won't return to see how bad thats become again either. What happened to your standards of cleanliness and pride in your customer service? What happened to your values? This is an awful experience now and you should all hang your head in shame for letting your brand lower itself to this shadow of its former self. I didn't eat there, although had planned to but other family members staying there advised that the breakfast was terrible so I opted to eat at the amazing Italian deli around the corner from this hotel.
