Fantastic immaculate hotel with friendly courteous staff
Good location a short walk from the centre of Evora
The rooftop pool bar is closed Jan to Apr for refurb was only downside
Received a free upgrade of room on arrival which was great

Great overall experience, excellent staff. Really unfortunate that the rooftop bar was closed for maintenance and it was not informed when booking on Trip.com - it was an anniversary celebration, so we had planned on celebrating it there and couldn't, and since it was only informed when asking the reception, it was already too late to make new plans.
The pool is also closed.

A lot of the amenities were only for ‘premium’ hilton members. For me the first and probably the last time. The pool didn’t seem right very shallow, and green not the hotel for the price that is paid…

Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back
