Terrible room, above the air conditioning units, it was impossible to sleep all night. Again, revenge from the hotel for a very cheap room booked on Trip.com. Breakfast typical for 4 stars, a bottle of water and two cookies, a gift from the hotel.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location. The breakfast could be improved with more fruits and local products. Unfortunately we were left without the room being cleaned.

The hotel is located at Horta Marina. The cruise ship at the entrance of the hotel makes the hotel feel more like a harbor. The staff at the front desk in the lobby are attentive and considerate. The fruit plate and mineral water delivered after check-in make you feel at home. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel relatively recognized. Will stay again next time.

This hotel is open because of its site by the harbour and nothing else. From 1st sight the outside looks in need of a good clean the brickwork is filthy and the condition of the outside furniture is beyond repair. Reception is overstaffed that no one wants to serve you. The rooms are dark and need redecorating. Basics such as tissues and flannels are missing from the bathroom. Mini bar contains ONE bottle of carbonated water. Rooms are very dusty and a double room is two singles pushed together. Breakfast is acceptable but the lunch and dinner menu's feel like school dinners. We saw no more than 3 tables being used for dinner an no one in the bar. The open area is a disgrace and looks like an exercise yard! Either do something to make the hotel attractive or shut it down

Hotel muito bom, funcionários simpáticos, excelente localização. Quartos espaçosos, muito limpo. alimentação saborosa. Chegamos ao hotel pelas 21h para fazer o check in e mesmo fechando o buffet de jantar às 22h não nos faltou nada. Não tem muita variedade mas o que tem é de qualidade.

This is a mediocre hotel, maybe the best in Faial, but mediocre. We would have been happier for the 3 days here if we could have gotten our room cleaned and some fresh towels.
