This hotel is so messy, full of tour groups and no local guests! The environment is extremely noisy and the room has almost no soundproofing. You can hear the bed next door turning over. The room is small and old, the bathroom has cheap floor tiles, and it is very easy for the elderly to fall because of the slippery floor. The breakfast room is like a market, it is very messy, and people use the cups without washing them. The key is that there is nothing to eat. This is a serious accusation. A hotel that rips off money, giving free travelers a safe haven! Tour groups really shouldn’t book a hotel like this. It’s really a rip-off of tourists’ money, because we can only see our Chinese tour group guests there, not any local European guests. The hotel is a twenty-minute drive from the city center, but driving is still convenient. There is free parking. The hotel is on the shore of Lake Lucerne, and the backyard is on the lakeside, with beautiful scenery. The hotel is surrounded by residential areas and there are no shopping places. The hotel restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, which tastes pretty good. The room size is average and the bathroom is clean and tidy.

The front desk service was terrible. They were very rude to us. There were many bugs in the room. It was too hot and the experience was terrible. Not recommended!

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Lucerne, and there is also a cruise ship terminal, the scenery is very good. There is also free parking by car. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the old city. Very suitable for self-driving.
