My daughter and I recently travelled from Canada (Mar/23) & stayed 1 wk at the Sust Lodge as part of our ski vacation to Andermatt. We were looking for a place to stay that was affordable (approx $170 C$) /night) & as close (5 min free shuttle bus that runs every 1/2 hr) as possible to Andermatt. The Sust Lodge served our purpose perfectly. It’s a rustic older building that was converted into a lodge decades ago. A self serve Breakfast was included everyday - choice of: hard boiled eggs, cereal, porridge, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee or tea. The Staff were very friendly, accommodating and tended to all our needs If you are looking for a simple, affordable, place to stay w friendly staff then you should consider the Sust Lodge in Hospental.

Sehr nette Bedienung, super Küche. Auswahl war klein aber dafür frisch gekocht. Frühstück war lecker alles da was es braucht. Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmässig. Trotz falsch Buchung meinerseits ist uns die Direktion sehr entgegen gekommen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals. Wir werden sie gerne weiter empfehlen.

Pour le voyageur étranger à la Suisse il est toujours très difficile de trouver un hébergement correct a un prix acceptable dans ce pays . Le Lust Lodge fait exception, tant par l'accueil chaleureux et attentif qui vous est réservé. la situation magnifique au pied du Saint Gotthard, le confort de l'établissement et le rapport qualité /prix. C'est une très bonne surprise. Si vous avez un peu de temps n'hésitez pas à faire un petit tour dans le village, vous y verrez des vestiges romains très intéressants avec en particulier un impressionnant pont de pierre qui enjambe le torrent impétueux qui vient grossir les eaux de la Reuss. Le Sust Lodge est l'emplacement idéal si vous souhaitez séjourner proche d'Andermatt et découvrir les cols aux alentours (Furka, Grimsel, Nufenen ou Gothard). Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien (poulet en corbeille succulent) et en demandant, nous avons même pu avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter pour notre départ matinale. En résumé : simple et efficace ! Le plus : un local fermé où stocker son vélo.

Freundliches Personal, hippes Hotel, Zimmer ordentlich, leider dort aber schlechter Geruch. Das Frühstück war lecker, es kam uns aber etwas rationiert vor. Es wurden Speisen gebracht, die lecker waren, aber zur Auswahl befragt wurde man nicht, sodass leider manche Produkte unbenutzt stehen gelassen werden mussten.

Komfortables und stylishes Hostel an Gotthard- und Furka-Strasse, sehr zuvorkommender und gleichzeitig easy-going Service. Super ebenerdige und abgeschlossene Garage für die Unterbringung von (E-)Bikes inkl. kleiner Reparatur-Stelle. Gemütliche Lümmelecke vor dem Ofen und ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Informeller Outdoorbereich hinter dem Haus mit freiem Blick auf das Wahrzeichen von Hospental, den Turm.
