Stay USA Hotel and Suites

Decent hotel. Friendly and efficient desk clerk. Breakfast selection was good.

Our first room had "bathroom" materials on the floor that we didnt contribute. Although the front desk moved to another room, there was food on the floor that we didn't eat. Forget free breakfast in the morning...It was a joke, and no coffee!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling but they probably shouldn't have put wallpaper near the shower. Morning breakfast was good and well stocked. Plenty of parking.

Staff was lovely, but property is in BAD condition. Smells like mold, foaming hot tub, water backs up in shower, random mattresses laying around property common areas (hallways, dining room), etc. Most unhealthy AND bland breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Bread, bread, corn flakes, sugary yogurt, more bread, and gravy. Both days.

Clean, inexpensive, comfortable room. Front desk night staff was friendly. Breakfast was fantastic.

The Spa was great. Wished the pool had worked, but we enjoyed the spa. Seemed like the breakfast supply was a little low, however, that was likely related to being short staffed and people trying to check out during the breakfast hours. Tge beds were really comfy!! All in all a great stay.

The temperature outside got down into the 30's at night and we still had to run the air conditioner.

Stayed here a year ago. Property improved! Better breakfast and addition of hot tub.

The hotel staff were very helpful and when we needed more towels they delivered a very nice portion of towels to our room. The complimentary breakfast that they served seemed skimpy and the waffle batter dispenser was not working. The hotel appeared like they were working on repairing a few things as we saw construction items in the hallway and a room open. Our room seemed clean and Wifi satisfactory.
