I've been a Homestead guest for more than 40 years and the Omni has really done a magnificent job restoring the hotel and bringing it back to its world class status!

Stayed first week of May and had exceptional weather for that time of year (low 70 to mid 80s) where I was able to enjoy the outside porch area. Be prepared to upgrade, some rooms may not meet your expectations for size and view. Meals were well prepared. Service staff was polite and attentive. The spa area was relaxing.

Front desk personnel have issues. Our check in at the Homestead took over 24 hours to resolve and still had issues. Poorly trained personnel or a bad IT system. Probably both. Murphy's Law in effect here. Nice hotel, but we checked out early because of the incompetence. No warm and fuzzy feeling here.

The property on the outside was so beautiful there was so much to do outside. However, the rooms were so small around 200 square feet for a King bedroom 🙁 Also, the rooms were extremely outdated not very nice. There were a lot of shops and restaurants many selections. There also was an arcade.

Was there for a business event. The staff was tops. Friendly, helpful and always on top of all our needs. The food was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and also warm and inviting. The rooms were very nice - comfy bed and pillows! Only downside - no light in the closet, and no fan in the bathroom.

The Omni Homestead Resort is breathtakingly beautiful! The new renovations have saved the history and character of this grand hotel while updating it with more modern conveniences. The beautifully decorated grounds and common areas, and especially the grand hall with it’s two story Christmas tree, burning logs in the fireplaces, and gifted pianists playing Christmas tunes on the grand piano made our two night stay here our favorite part of this Christmas.
