Best Western Winners Circle

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, convenient and friendly. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and the women serving were so friendly, kind and helpful. Check in was easy. Front desk friendly, efficient and helpful. My daughter and I stayed here together and celebrated mothers day weekend. Felt very safe at all times during our stay. We had made request for room location and they were perfect. Pool nice and clean. Well definitely be back. Thank you!!

BW Winners Circle is right across the street from Oaklawn Race Track Hotel ****** and about half the price with free parking and complementary breakfast. This stay was rather reminiscent for my husband as his parents used to stay here in the 70’s & 80’s frequently when it was called the Stagecoach Inn. Although this is an older hotel it has been updated and is kept immaculate. The lawn/maintenance man, Keith was busy every time we saw him, picking up, raking and tootling around on his golf cart keeping an eye on the property. Check in was fast and our double room was clean, comfortable and very quiet with great black out curtains. Now about the full hot breakfast; eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, fruit, waffles, cereal, yogurt served by the most precious ladies, Donna, Julie, Alisa and a few others I didn’t catch their names. It was like going to grandmas house the way they fussed over everyone! So delightful. The hotel also has a nice pool, numerous ice machines, security cameras and is very well lit. I highly recommend this hotel for its price and convenience to the track/******. Be sure to pop into Randy’s Corner next door for great pizza and cheap beer. Well done Winners Circle and your employees deserve a raise…all we had contact with are amazing and very dedicated to their jobs!

The ladies at the front desk were great! Welcomed us and was very helpful with finding the place we were going. Their biscuits and gravy in the morning was probably some of the best I have ever had. The rooms were very clean and nice. I will definitely be staying there again.

Amazing service always on top of housekeeping. Love the text service! Breakfast was okay, the biscuits and gravy were the best!!! Shuttle service may be something to consider for future. Love the location, next to and walking distance of ******.

Rooms are just what you need for a stay in Hot Springs. Easy access to anywhere in town and several things to do within walking distance. Wonder Staff

Wonderful place Everyone was so friendly and the room was very nice Loved the balcony and the bed was very soft and pleasant Lady that was serving breakfast was super nice !! Did not get her name unfortunately Thank you for a great night in Hot Springs Location is perfect to visit Oaklawn

Very impressed with Best Western Winners Circle, Hot Springs AR. Special thanks to "Glenda" at the front desk for making us feel happy to drop by on our return travels. She was friendly and helpful. Another special person on the Winners Circle team is "Alisa" who managed the free breakfast during our stay. Alisa has taken the extra care to ensure the scrambled eggs were perfect. My wife and I were impressed with the extra efforts on her part to ensure the breakfast was great. Thank you Alisa for your attention to detail!

Always clean, comfortable. The cooks and servers always have a delicious hot breakfast and are always available to help serve or assist with travelers needs . The rest of the Staff is amazing and friendly. Front desk always helpful in offering suggestions about local sites.
