The breakfast folks were most accommodating and very efficient! The breakfast area was very pleasant and comfortable. The food was hot and tasty. Definitely a plus! The only negative thing about this hotel was the guest laundry was not adequate for the number of people trying to use it. I've seen stacked washer/dryer combos at other hotels and this hotel could use 2 of those.

I have stayed at several hotels over the years in Hot Springs, but this Hampton is outstanding. The staff all go above and beyond. Super friendly, always helpful. Clean, updated furnishings and good breakfast. Felt safe and enjoyed our time there. Thank you Candi and all the staff during our stay, you guys are the BEST!!

This hotel is our "go to" in Hot Springs. It is clean and well-maintained. Our room was taken care of by Jessica, who did a very good job. The breakfast is a "cut above" most Hampton Inns. The breakfast ladies, Tracy and Janet, are the nicest and very helpful. You are made to feel welcome and valued. We are very pleased with this hotel.

Typical Hampton Inn located outside the bathhouse district but near restaurants such aa Zaxbys and other local places. Clean room and helpful staff at checkin and checkout. Free breakfast with waffles, hot breakfast. pastries, fruit, cereals and other items.

Hotel was great! We just chose the weekend where the cheerleading competition was happening. It was a little loud Friday to Saturday but the next day was much better!
