HHS is a very clean hotel. Staff is super friendly. Close to everything in. Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly staff. Concierge even took the time to drive us to the Walgreens down the street late at night. Hotel is older and some of it is dated but it is clean. The room floors are sticky but only because of the cleaning product used on the floor not due to filth. The restaurant/bar is convenient and has a good selection of tap beer. Nice atmosphere. Hotel is convenient to main ***** and could walk anywhere downtown. Very enjoyable and would stay again!

Great stay expect for the cleanliness of the room. The floor was covered in hair. Other than that, a great experience.

Nice hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Rooms were decent. Food in on-site restaurant was good. Parking was NOT good as the parking garage was one block away which was fine as long as it wasn't raining.

Lots of noise from adjacent rooms and hallway.
Shampoo in the lotion dispenser.
No coffee creamer.
Had to wait more than 15 minutes in the sports bar/restaurant to even get a menu.
The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever tried to sleep on.
One rude desk person, two were very nice and helpful.
Won't stay here again.

The only place to stay in Hot Springs if you drive a Tesla - the hotel is perfectly nice and right downtown…walking distance to everything. PLUS overnight Tesla charging!

Hotel needs to be pet friendly. Staff was knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Staff was very helpful.
