I found it on Ctrip and it's ranked among the top ones. It's really reliable!
The customer service is considerate, friendly and natural. Check-in, get more water for tea, delay until 2 o'clock and other requests are all responded quickly. I called for water and slippers and they were delivered within 3 minutes twice. There are also souvenirs that are a little surprise! The subtleties and details show the professionalism of the hotel. I came to Hailar and drove to Genhe and came back to stay at this hotel. I was not satisfied with the previous meal at the Garden Hotel. The breakfast is also good.

The interior of the guest room is exotic, with the old Russian architectural style, elegant atmosphere without losing modern fashion! On the second day of my stay, the hotel also gave me a complimentary fruit, which is also good! One thing that could be improved is that the temperature of the shower water in the restroom needs to be raised, I had turned it up to the maximum and it still didn't work. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again next time I am in Manzhouli and continue to be treated like a home away from home!

What impressed me about the service is that the room service staff is very warm and polite; Breakfast may be because the performance of the athletes and staff of the winter games is far above the standard. I don't know how to do it later. I hope to maintain it. The health is above the average and satisfactory. Since the basic room type is basically occupied by the winter Games participants and staff, the deluxe bed room I booked was upgraded to a deluxe suite for free. The 370 yuan with breakfast can also live in the suite. It is also considered to make up for the lack of security checks like entering and leaving the hotel aisle every day. Right!

The disadvantages are that the front desk is too small and gives the first impression of a guest house; the rooms are economical and standard, relatively clean, and the towels are disposable, but there is no phone in the room and you cannot call the front desk; the water in the shower is a bit blocked.

2. I booked a room with two double beds. The room assigned to me for the first time was the one at the top. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a mahjong table. I was convinced. As you can imagine, there are people playing games in this room at the end of the stairs. After playing mahjong, I felt a little disgusted. Then the hot water kettle didn't work, so I asked the front desk to change the room. There shouldn't be a mahjong table in the room. It just feels like the room is dirty because the man smokes cigarettes and sits on the bed and sofa.
3. The house I changed is normal, but the smart toilet is broken and cannot be used after it is attached. Then the mirror light doesn't work and the bathroom is dark, otherwise the mirror light doesn't matter. Then I'm not used to the fact that the room doesn't have a big mirror.
4. When I left, the lady at the front desk gave me Mongolian banknotes as a souvenir. Thank you.

Environment: The entrance hall has European oil painting style + tacky red and green lights, and tourists are bustling and a bit messy.
Facilities: The room is full of nesting doll elements, with more than 20 pairs of nesting dolls staring, but there are no parent-child facilities. There is no handheld shower head in the shower room.
Service: The front desk helped to upgrade to a family room, but did not take the initiative to inform the location of the elevator and breakfast room. At night, there was a sudden water and power outage due to municipal reasons. The hotel restored some power supply as soon as possible, but there was no water for bathing. No one took the initiative to inform the whole water outage process, and there was no additional service.
In short, as a landmark building in Manzhouli, the nesting doll hotel is inevitable for families with children to come back to check in. The room price includes two tickets and three breakfasts, which is actually quite cost-effective.
