Nanjing Hotels with Hot Tub

There are a lot of green plants in the hotel, and there are tea tables and tea leaves everywhere. There are two rooms in the first phase of the rock house and the second phase of the tree house. We booked the highest room in the second phase. We overestimated ourselves and were exhausted after several trips. But the scenery outside the room is really beautiful. There are two points that I am not satisfied with the infrastructure. One is that the mirror in the highest tree house room is too bad, comparable to the ancient bronze mirror that can't see anything. The second is that the shower leaks too seriously. This B&B hotel is really great. The rooms are more comfortable than expected. There are deluxe package, family version and standard rooms, which can meet all kinds of needs. The interior of the house is exactly the same as the photo. You can also see the view of the creek from the courtyard. The landlord's service is very warm. Sorry to only write a review today... I came to this B&B when I was traveling with my kids. I first saw it on the Ctrip platform and the response was very good. So with the mentality of giving it a try, I booked a room a month in advance. After arriving, Just as I imagined, the environment is elegant, with small bridges and flowing water, cicadas chirping and birds chirping. It is in a scenic spot, which is very convenient. Hygienic and clean, no different from the pictures, and the toiletries are also very useful. This is the style of a B&B that I like very much. It can be seen from the brick-by-brick planning and furnishings that the proprietress is a very loving person. The proprietress is very good at cooking and is very patient. A very beautiful hotel with the structure in wood of an old tulou and a fishpond in the center of the courtyard. It was very peaceful. You really have the feeling of living in a tulou and you have a little balcony with a splendid view of the courtyard and the roof. You are awaken by the sounds of the birds in the morning, it is really a unique experience. The only failings : the breakfast was a bit lacking + it can be weird for some people that the bathroom and the bedroom are not on the same floor. They should also add a curtain to the window near the bed.

Taxia Village is located in the Tulou Scenic Area. To enter, you need to buy a ticket first. The room is clean, spacious and bright, and the intelligent facilities enhance the living experience. The store manager is very enthusiastic and the homemade tea he gives is very delicious. The hotel's restaurant tastes good. The most important thing is that the kitchen is clean and hygienic, which is better than other farmhouse hotels in the surrounding area. It was a wise choice to choose to stay at Taxia Village B&B this time. The village has beautiful mountains and clear waters, a good original ecological atmosphere, and is not over-developed. Moreover, the earth buildings here are very classic. The hotel is a ten-minute drive from these buildings. Personally, I think it is enough to come here to the Nanjing Tulou Scenic Area.

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

A very satisfactory B&B. It is located by the water. It is quiet in the bustle. It is very quiet at night. It is in the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area. It takes 8 minutes to walk slowly to Huaiyuan Tower. There is no charge to climb the tower at night. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the central waterwheel. The bar there is very lively with singing at night and the night view is super beautiful. Has its own parking lot. The boss is warm and hospitable, and he will take the initiative to pick us up in the parking lot and drag our luggage. The room is clean and beautiful, the bedding is clean and comfortable to sleep on. The package includes an afternoon tea with delicious cakes, watermelon, and chrysanthemum tea. The food at the B&B is delicious, including tiger tail chicken soup, sweet potato leaves, tofu stew, and stir-fried bamboo shoots. The wine brewed by the owner is delicious. Breakfast is also good, clean and hygienic. The next day at noon, I ate the braised noodles made by the boss, which was great.

The weather was perfect when I went there, and I could see beautiful scenery from the room. The location and hardware facilities of the B&B are good, and the service is also very good. You can ask the owner directly about what to eat and what to do in Yunshuiyao. The scenic area is not big, but it is very suitable for slowing down life and drinking tea and daydreaming under the banyan tree by the stream.
