Best Hotan Spa Hotels

The hotel environment is very good, the best along the Southern Xinjiang Ring Road. It has its own garden. It is unimaginable that a place close to the desert like Hotan would have large green plants and lakes. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. I especially want to praise Wumaier, who is in charge of the concierge. He enthusiastically helped us deliver our luggage to Building 6 and chatted with us all the way. He is a very interesting and lovely person with an attitude. Excellent.

Very good value for money hotel, service is also very good, the front desk beautiful Uighur girl Adilla, the reception is thoughtful and patient, praise 👍. Room service is also very serious. The milk for breakfast is fresh milk, I haven't drunk it for a long time 👍, and the quality of other ingredients is also Yaxi 👍.

The hotel accepts foreigners. Free pickup, dropoff (airport/train station…). Reception does not speak english so translation app will help. They are very helpful, even helped me with sending a parcel. Room is old but clean and spacious. There is even a working desk with a computer. Typical business hotel for the Chinese I guess. Walking distance to Hotan Night Market (out of the hotel just turn right to Renmin road and straight to the crossroad, crossing the road then it is a tunnel-shaped building which is the night market). No hair dryer though and I could not find wifi of my room so I had to use that of the other room. In the hotel room there is a guidebook to Hotan and you can use it to ask the reception to help you catch a taxi to the destination you want. Jade market is the most famous spot here and many Han Chinese come to Hotan for that. Everything in Hotan must be taxed heavily or so (for the massive construction that is going on?!), everything is more expensive than Kashgar and other cities in Xinjiang. So at least this hotel price is quite ok for this range in Hotan.

The hotel has a very good sanitation environment, the lobby is very grand and interesting, and the Hotan Night Market is opposite, which is very convenient!

The service attitude was particularly poor. It was said that the check-out time was over an hour and half of the room fee was deducted, but no one notified me that the check-out time was up. When I came down to check out, the woman at the front desk and another man had a bad attitude and insulted me. Finally, I refunded my deposit bar in full. But the attitude is particularly bad, let the front desk girl apologize

What is this? The fake eyelashes torn by the last tenant are so disgusting. You can't see such a pile of dirty things cleaning the basin? Long-distance running to the store, the hot water is not hot, and the warm water takes a shower. The carpet in the hall is dirty and smells big. Not recommended.

酒店位置沒得説，就在夜市旁邊，溜達着就去了，吃好喝好沒負擔。住的臨街的房間，前台辦入住時説可能有些吵，晚上才知道是廣場舞，也還好，結束了就沒什麼了。總之，不錯的酒店。
