This hotel was extremely well priced for the location we wanted it took us 10 minutes to get back to the Le Shuttle in the morning, it was clean and comfy with all amenities we needed the beefeater next door is a bonus and a co-op 3 minutes drive away. Really was amazing value for money with quick, friendly service and nothing was too much for the staff.

On arrival the reception were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, the wifi worked well and the meal and service was good

Stayed here ahead of a busy trip In Folkestone. Easy to find, plenty of parking and warm welcome by front of house. Food good in restaurant next door for evening meal and breakfast but they were absolutely rushed off their feet and obviously a few staff down. Fair play to them though as the service was fab. Carling available for those like me who enjoy Burton’s finest.

The double bed was uncomfortable,& we were unable to book in early the first day , due to staff sickness despite willing to pay extra for this service. When trying to check in the first morning my husband found the check in staff rude & unhelpful.

Premier inn Dover A20 was used after a very long road trip through Europe with my wife and children. Easy to find and very convenient after departing the cross channel ferry. Good value for a family room, plenty of free parking on site and a convenient COOP nearby.

Nothing celestial but the brewing giant that owns Premier Inns could do a little more to improve the product. Investment in The Plough restaurant and its staff would greatly improve this budget hotel. Rooms clean and ok, food good. BUT waiting staff were under pressure on one evening session and on a breakfast session. A few more hands on deck please. Emma was a star coping on a busy evening.

Had a very good stay at this premier inn, we were travleling to France via the eurotunnel at 4.30 am so we checked out at 3.30am. It was a very nice quiet hotel with a well lit car park at night staff were good and friendly bed was comfy and hotel was quiet as we went to bed early for the early start.

Bed and pillows aren’t as comfortable as they used to be and when getting into bed there was a silver crawly thing! (No idea what it was). Didn’t sleep well as was worried there were others! Has breakfast in the Beefeater in the morning which as usual was lovely.

The aptly named room 101 has not had a working WiFi deposited in it! Also it's close to the road so road noise can be an issue. My relatives stayed in other rooms much better. Plenty of car parking an easy access of the A20 though keep your eyes peeled blink and you'll miss the entrance. Oh and drive carefully the entrance has many potholes.
