Hand a great stay but only little issue was room we stayed in had a walkway outside that they used to ferry the old bottles and glasses from bar so woke up early due to the noise. Other than this excellent place to stay.

Great two night stay with my friend, beds were comfy, food was tasty and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed a day in the spa, we didn't have treatments on this occasion. We got a glimpse of the Leeds United team too as they were staying there overnight.

Overall not the best experience and wouldn’t return. The pool facilities are all very run down and old steam room wasn’t working, and not the cleanest such as around the pool and changing rooms. We had treatments too 1 hour long each, however we weren’t taken into the treatment room on time. When we did get into the treatment room we felt like we were left for ages to get onto the bed, and was back into the relaxation area exactly an hour when the treatment was meant to finish. So probably more of a 45 minute treatment which wasn’t too impressed by. The food in the restaurant was really nice, staff very pleasant too.

Great family rooms. Lovely, warm and welcoming staff. Food was very nice. Parents had the opportunity of heading to the spa one at the time, while the other enjoyed the pool with the children. Staff also had a lot of recommendations on what to do in the surroundings. Loved our stay and will be coming back.

We dined on the Saturday evening, my husband ordered steak medium -well, it arrived rare, the waitress was extremely busy and it was a while before she returned to our table. When she did return she just apologised and said she was just so busy but didn’t offer to take the steak back and seemed extremely put out and just offered to take the tip off for the drinks but our meal was ruined and my husband didn’t have anything to eat, very poor service, other than the meal we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is must if you are looking for a romantic get a way. The room is comfortable and what an amazing bed it was so big six foot wide. The food is a must we enjoyed afternoon tea then dinner and breakfast I really couldn't fault anything I was so impressed I have booked a Spa day for next weekend.
