Nasty garbage cans over flowing carpet nasty and couldn’t get towels to take a shower till next morning lady on day shift was very helpful more than I can Shay bout night shift

We pre booked a king suite. They put us in a king not suite without even a sofa bed for kids. Then they moved us to a double queen. The guy didn’t offer any discount or anything for the cheaper room. Also, the room had 1 TOWEL for the first day, for 4 people. The guy claimed to be washing towels but 6 hours later still had none. Plus the hall and stairs were dirty.

Everything was good except lighting in the room and bathroom. There was damage to the wall near the tub in the bathroom. Food was not good and ran out quickly for breakfast. Parking was small

The area the hotel is in smelled like there is waste water plant or sewer issue. The day shift staff is friendly and kind. The facility is in bad shape. The cleanliness of the place is poor. I don’t think it’s the fault of the workers. It may be the lack of enough staff. The place needs cleaning and maintenance from the bathrooms to the elevators to the stained carpets everywhere. I ordered off ******* and was disappointed again!
