It enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Super centralized and convenient to everything in Raleigh/Durham. Breakfast is also amazing, along with the happy hour. I assure you I'll be back again soon when visiting the area.

We booked a 2-night stay at the Embassy Suites and our room had wet carpet the was coming from the adjacent bathroom shower. By the second night, after being out all day we returned to a dank, musty room that was completely unacceptable. Wallpaper was also severely scratched and frayed. Room 303 was simply terrible.

What's not to like? The staff is wonderful, the lobby is beautiful and has plenty of different seating areas for solos or large groups, my room was impeccably clean and well-appointed and the breakfast is great! My bed was really comfortable and I slept well. It is also across the street from the mall with lots of shops and eateries in walking distance.

Hotel staff, Francois and Omego were amazing as always. Breakfast staff are helpful and ready to assist. Exercise room and pool were relaxing. Rooms are clean and comfortable for leisure and work environments. Look forward to returning.

I had the pleasure of having a late lunch and being served by Francois at the hotel's Axis restaurant. He was the epítome of quality service and decidedly pleasant too. What more could I ask for? Hope the rest of the staff is as good but Francois set the bar high for them. Thanks Francois!
