Hotel disappoints on most counts. Room: Room was TINY, bathroom not clean, wallpaper peeling, the housekeeping person was talking loudly on their phone before 7am (little soundproofing). Workout: Big room, decently equipped. Some equipment now working (Peleton not functioning). Breakfast: server had worst attitude I’ve experienced in a long time. Bad on multiple counts. Attitude was it was a chore to get a water, did not want to take order and practically threw (not placed) bill on table. Never asked if things were ok. Needed to call over the hostess to explain that my Heart healthy breakfast was completely uncooked. Late checkout: Marriott Platinums and higher usually can get a late checkout. I wanted 12:30pm. Hard NO. Won’t be going back. Not sure how they have the rating they do. Maybe will try Hyatt?
