We booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

I love this property but was very disappointed that they are now charging for parking. Only Marriott guests would even use the parking lot.

Hotel is clean, having been recently remodeled. The rooms are nice and I was happy to have a refrigerator. My only complaint was the doors bang very loudly when closing and the USB ports in the room would work only once in a while, that was frustrating.

Hair on clean towel. Placed in room for persons with disabilities which showed attention to detail for them but not for other customers. No place to lay your soap, bathroom floor felt unsteady and no mirror except bathroom. Was great that food was open late on a week day though

Excellent hotel. Troy in the concierge room is unbelievable ! He’s the ultimate concierge room attendant. I don’t do many reviews because I don’t want to bring out the negatives in a lot of the places I travel but if someone is as good as Troy, I have to do one.

The staff was lovely. However, the room had weird dents and markings on the walls and doors. It also felt old, so this property could use a refresher.

Had breakfast in the restaurant and Heather was amazing! It was a VERY busy morning and she handled all her tables with ease. Well done to her and the team. She went never stopped and moved from table to table greeting each guest and making sure that each person felt seen even though it was really busy.
