Fantastic customer service. I made a mistake with my reservation, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Rooms are new and super clean, bed is comfy. Nice little convenience store on site. Free breakfast was yummy, they also have a happy hour. At checkout, Van was friendly and quick to help. I'll definitely be staying here again.

This is our second time coming to this hotel. Last time it was for a birthday this time for our an anniversary. I absolutely adore this hotel. Not only is it gorgeous but it truly feels like a staycation. Irma is AMAZING at the bar. She has great customer service and her drinks are absolutely delicious. We will be back

Amazing customer service and great hotel. Would recommend to anyone! Also great social hour! And great location. Van at the front desk helped out a lot and treated our family so well. Felt like we were at home

The location was great for business. The lobby area was spacious with comfortable and ample seating, and was warmly decorated for the holiday season. The suites were spacious and well laid out with a functional area to work, eat, etc. The complementary breakfast was excellent, with an omlette station available. The dining area was spacious with adequate seating. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Van, who catered to our requests in a most friendly and efficient manner!
