Location and Accessibility: The hotel is conveniently located near the Toyota Center, offering easy access to events and attractions within a 10-minute walk. Its downtown position provides numerous dining and shopping options nearby, enhancing guest convenience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, the overall experience lacks hospitality and class. The lobby is often untidy with pillows and chairs scattered around. Front desk agents make promises they don’t follow through on, and the breakfast area is consistently dirty. Even with housekeeping every other day, rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly, and supplies are rarely restocked properly. Valet was great, but to make matters worse, the attitude from the manager Tessa regarding the valet cost was dismissive and unprofessional her “I don’t care” approach only added to the poor experience. Newly built but I would recommend going to another property.
