Great place when we stayed in April but this time it had a different vibe. One manager kept asking me for a perfect review in exchange for 1000 pts and it felt a little creepy. We stayed two nights, but they don't clean your room every night and I had to chase someone down to get towels. I was charged for an extra night stay and I was not even in the same city The story given to me was that I texted them on app and asked to stay another night. The staff checked my ID and credit card when I checked in but they did not do it the second time they gave out a key. I asked if they would be willing to look at camera footage to see who took key and I was very rudely told it could only be done with police request. I offered to file fraud which in my mind is the right thing to do but Operational Manager said they were giving me refund just because I complained to Marriott. I stayed here because it was located near the areas, I needed to visit but they are not friendly and do not like questions. Review your emails and all receipts because that is how I found out about extra night. It took them over a week to resolve, and only did it because I went to Marriott. I don't trust them, and you should be careful with charges.
