Jenifa lino in concierge lunch She's extremely very kind and very professional she treats me royally I came out of school late and I asked her if there was any kind of food she prepared me a plate of food at 6:00 p.m She keeps the area super clean and always with a great smile very courteous very professional and excellent bar to make your cocktail of your choice. I highly recommend coming to the Marriott at West loop the management and employees here are super professional and great they try to pleasant the guess. Felix

I rarely write reviews, however the service at the front desk and the attentiveness by Ms. Sadie was nothing short of exceptional. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations she has gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay is as comfortable as humanly possible.

Heidy at the Marriott Houston Galleria Loop is an absolute standout behind the bar. From the moment you sit down, she makes you feel genuinely welcome with her warm personality and attentive service. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the drink menu, offers great recommendations, and crafts cocktails perfectly every time. What really sets Heidy apart is her ability to balance efficiency with friendliness—even when the bar is busy, she never makes you feel rushed or overlooked. Her professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail truly elevate the entire experience. If you’re staying at the Marriott or just stopping by for a drink, make sure to sit at the bar and let Heidy take care of you. She’s a big reason I’d happily return.

Wonderful experience with all customer service host; specifically Mrs. Aidalys. She was professional, courteous and I particularly appreciated how she briefly communicated some of the hotel amenities and local features. She’s a blessing to the team. Note: I didn’t bring up to guest services attention but my room had a smoke smell. I’m not a smoker. Thank you

There were some issues with my original room but Khalid Ghoulem with the engineering staff went over and beyond, including finding me a new room even with a sold out hotel and a hand written letter in my new room. Thank you Khalid!!

The service at this old hotel is horrible. Tbe hotel is under a renovation and you will not be able to relax in your room due to the loud noise. Brittany checked me in and I wish I went to someone else. I couldn't believe her unprofessionalism. She stated she is not allowed to go home early or do her college work. I asked her why she wasn't smiling because she clearly looked unhappy.The hotel needs to do better on who they hire.
