Super quit room , hot hot water, great mattress. Happy hour with snacks and 2 drinks on the house And breakfast had everything including omelettes to order plus hot and cold dishes A real bargain.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Times Square and in a relatively safe area of Manhattan.
At first I didn't have high expectations as it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels, but I was surprised by the facilities and service.
There is a bar next to the lobby and several common spaces, making it perfect for a short break or to work.
It was also great that dinner was included during happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 in the evening.
This is one hotel I'd like to stay at again.

Never stay here. The place is dirty and neglected. We stayed with 25 other family members in various rooms and not one person had a positive experience. We moved rooms after the first night because our sink had standing water in it and wouldn’t drain (disgusting), they lied about fixing it, and then our next room had no hot water - turned out no one had hot water for the entire stay. Outlets also don’t work in many of the rooms. Pool was closed - because there was an actual hole in the ceiling - and after two of our party go sick from eating the breakfast none of us felt safe eating the complimentary food. After initially telling us they wouldn’t charge us for the first two nights — all they ended up doing was taking off our parking. Hotel Vesper (a Marriott) is a lovely stay at a similar price point right across from this fungus-filled, disgusting hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am handicapped and it is a struggle to wrestle my bags up to my room. The first key did not work. back down. The second key to a second room also did not work. The third trip up to a room did work and I got in. I reserved a king snack room. this was two queens, no snacks. I was too tired to care. I also discovered that half of the electrical outlets in the room do not work. The next morning I had appointments. After 16 hours of travelling the day before, I needed a shower, but there was no hot water. I attempted to call down only to discover that the phone in the room was dead. At this point this has to be some kind of joke. This is the room where you put people you don't like. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to inform them that there is no hot water in the hotel and I don't have time for this. They said they would send someone up. No one came. I don't know what they could have done anyway. I'm sure the problem is not in the room. Is there a magic button I can't find that makes the water hot? After 30 minutes I called again. Oh, they didn't come up? We can send someone with a room key if you would like to move. Part of the hotel does have hot water? After another 30 minutes I took a bath in my sink with cold water, packed, and checked straight out. After only one incredibly bad night of what was supposed to be a week long stay, in this terrible hotel. I will never be back.
