The hotel, the rooms and especially the staff were good. The only real problem was that there was only one elevator available. The other one was out of service. Endless waiting times, so many guests had to use the stairs. Which is no fun in the summer without air conditioning up to the 5th floor.

The staff here is genuinely great!!! I want to start with that. Ms. Shirley at the front desk was especially helpful and got us checked in early with no issues. Unfortunately, during just a one-day stay, we ran into multiple problems. When we returned to our rooms later in the day, both were flooding because the showers wouldn’t drain. Maintenance came after a while, spent about 20–30 minutes looking at it, and said we’d need to be moved. Due to not having the tools to fix it at this time. The new room had its own issues: very low water pressure, barely warm water, and the TVs didn’t work. We called the front desk again and were told maintenance would come, but after a couple of hours, no one showed up. To be clear, this isn’t a staff issue.. they’ve all been friendly and doing their best. But for the price, the condition of the hotel just isn’t acceptable. Even the hot tub was colder than the pool. Management needs to invest in fixing this property. The employees are solid, but they’re stuck dealing with problems that shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Dead bird on patio not cleaned up over a day.. For what you’ll pay here, I’d recommend staying somewhere newer and better maintained.

Hotel was completely inadequate for the price and not worthy of the Marriott brand. Room had numerous significant issues such as holes in walls, door that didn’t fit frame so hallway sounds were not muffled, broken shampoo dispenser, no photos or artwork on walls so it felt like a prison on the room , check-in staff was dressed in sweats etc.

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shiwer was very good. The front desk young man was very helpful. The young lady, not so much. The breakfast was not very well. Then they also charge you $12 a day to park. So consider thatbif you choose to stay

Everything was great, super friendly staff. Even enjoyed a few drinks after the bowl game lastnight. Only hiccup was the fire alarm that went off about 9 this morning that scared us half to death. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Dirty hotel, bath tub was dirty and requested couple of time for cleaning and staff was not friendly.

Very quick, smooth, check-in, courteous staff the property presented itself very well. The room was spotless at very nice. The only thing that was negative was paid parking.

Breakfast menu was good and had a good variety. Rooms needed some updating and noise levels from street, blowers and garbage trucks wasn't good.
