My room wasn't cleaned two days in a room. I had to call the front desk to let them know. They sent someone up with a blanket and sheets to give to me and towels. This was my second time staying at this hotel and my first experience was excellent but this one not so much.

The toilet had noticeable brown marks near the edge of the lid. It took several minutes for hot water to reach the shower in the morning (around 7:30). Additionally, the elevators are very slow.

It was the most unbelievable hotel experience I've ever had. The first room I was given smelled extremely moldy, and the towel rack in the bathroom was so dusty that it left a towel-shaped mark. By the time I realized this, it was already late at night, so I had no choice but to stay in the other room. However, the moldy smell was so bad I couldn't sleep at all and my throat ended up with a very sore throat. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change my room, and they immediately upgraded me to a new room, but it wasn't exactly clean (although the air conditioning had been improved), and the bathroom facilities were quite worn. As compensation, I was given a $25 voucher for use at the hotel's convenience store and a breakfast voucher (I couldn't use breakfast because my schedule didn't suit me), but even now that I've left the hotel, I'm still suffering from a sore throat and other allergies, so I feel like this was not worth it at all. Because they quickly accepted my room change, I gave the service a 2. However, the hotel as a whole just didn't feel like a Hilton. There is an urgent need to improve the facilities.
