My stay has been a complete nightmare, marked by a series of unacceptable service failures that culminated in the unauthorized disposal of my personal belongings. Despite my reservation being confirmed and fully paid for a four-week stay, the staff showed a profound lack of professionalism and care. Upon my initial check-in, the night-shift employee was completely unhelpful, despite my confirmed and pre-paid reservation. I received zero customer service from this individual, which was an early sign of the problems to come. Four days into my stay, I personally reconfirmed with the lobby staff that my reservation was extended. They explicitly confirmed it was. However, upon returning to my room today (Saturday), I was horrified to find that all of my belongings had been removed. My personal items are now missing All the food I had purchased was thrown out without my authorization. This act was a complete breach of trust and showed a shocking lack of respect for a paying guest's property. The hotel's standard policies for housekeeping and towels are unsanitary and completely unacceptable for an extended stay Staff refused to provide fresh towels, expecting me to use the same ones for two weeks or i can just pay $5 for every time i need more towels The room is only cleaned every other week. This means for my planned four-week stay, I would only receive two fresh sets of towels and have the room cleaned twice. This level of service is appalling. Not only is my property missing, but the conditions of the stay are unsanitary. I have filed a complaint with hotel management and will be pursuing this further. I strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel if you value your personal property, cleanliness, and basic customer service.

Horrible People doing ***** in the parking lot. I tried to check in after a long flight at 1 am an was told I couldn’t check in until 3 that following afternoon after I already paid online

My mom was hospitalized and I tried to cancel with front desk, she told me go online, when i go online they tell me contact hotel. Got the run around to be charge and its not fair due to i just booked a room week before losing 4 days because my unforeseen situation occured. To think people would do whats right. This may be why i wouldn’t go back. Otherwise room was ok.

There was hair on the floor, bed was comfy, some little beetles running around, and there are no curtains so the parking lot lights are bright

I went to Houston to complete a prep program for medical students, and stayed at this ESA from Jan 5th to Feb 6th, 2025. Room for that time frame was well over $1,800, but since that was the most affordable price and the place was so close to school, I fell for it. During my stay, I encountered significant issues with cleanliness and pest control. While I initially did some minor cleaning myself to maintain the space, the most distressing issue was the severe roach infestation in my room. Had to kill roaches while I was eating (I guess they wanted to join :) Later that same night, I got up to use the bathroom and stepped on another roach; had to spray insecticide around my bed, and boy was that a mistake! Next day after school, I found the place full of roaches (I counted around 20) crawling the wall, door, ceiling, utensils and floor. The desk told me there was no staff available to clean, so I was given a broom and dust pan to do the cleaning myself. Next day, after complaining to the manager, I got "upgraded" to a room upstairs which had been recently renovated. I asked for some kind of discount on my price after all that, and got ignored. Front desk attendants were always understanding, but had clear limitations as to what to do. Other than that, great place!!! lol
