I enjoyed my stay here. The customer service was impressive. This is a hidden diamond. I had a great sleep. Enjoy the hot breakfast swimming pool fitness club spacious parking you get the feeling of woods on the back of the property gives you the natural tranquility.

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, but changed ownership and name. We have stayed here many times due to our visits to M.D. Anderson West Cancer Hospital nearby. We have always enjoyed our stays at this remarkable hotel. The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. The facility is immaculate and the parking is free. The rooms are pristine as well as the bathrooms. Breakfast is included and very good. The hotel is very near to restaurants and shops. HEB and Walmart are 5-10 minutes away (south highway 6). M.D. Anderson patients should seek out this very nice hotel as it is 10 minutes from the hospital. We truly appreciate the low price as well. This new branded hotel is awesome and well worth the trip. It is a little hidden, but we appreciate the quiet of the location off of highway 6 and yet the closeness to so many stores, restaurants and shopping centers. Thank you Aspen Grand Hotel!

I enjoyed my stay here. Luxury rooms swimming pool fitness center gas laundry wonderful stop clean rooms comfy bed comfortable night. I recommend this hotel.

I had a great day easy access to all the highways hot breakfast buffet swimming pool fitness center Gas laundry spacious parking walking distance to the restaurant comfortable bed coffee in the room and nearby shopping mall downtown is only 20 minutes far.

An absolute gem! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms spotless and beautifully designed, and every detail made me feel at home. The atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant, with excellent service from start to finish. I can’t wait to return!

A very welcoming hotel. I received an upgrade to a suite. I will definitely recommend Aspen Grand Hotel. I remember staying here a few years back but I think the management has changed.
