Travelodge by Wyndham Houston Cy-Fair

Roaches on the bed when I walked in. Asked for a different room was told no and needed up sleeping in my car and not using the room

Room so filthy and just gross the tub is ridiculous nasty looking I won't step in it especially without shoes on. Dead bugs and hair all round.

Very dirty, stained bedding, broken bathroom door that wouldn't shut, smelled like burnt broccoli, many live and dead roaches

Terrible hotel this place has roaches in the rooms and dirty sheets and homeless people sleeping in the pool area the staff is rude when you check in and don't care about your requests or problems and the hotel lies no free breakfast not even coffee

Overall, the day was very good however, on the first day, I was placed in a room in the middle section of the hotel and there is absolutely no Internet service in that area so I missed a day of work. I did notify the front desk immediately that this was an issue, however I had to wait until the very next day to be moved to a room where I would be able to gain Internet access and be able to complete my task for work so my suggestion would be if you stay at this hotel stay at the first half of the hotel or the last half of the hotel, but make sure you’re not to be in the middle if you need Internet.
