Room is spacious with microwave, sofa, dinning table. Near to a shopping center. Provide free breakfast. Parking with reasonable fees. Staff is helpful too!

The stay was fair enough

Rooms were fine, large room with a nice balcony. Great breakfast, great service and nice location.

Mike, the front desk agent is incompetent and doesn’t know how to or care to relay any messages to housekeeping. Housekeeping is rude as all hell and will come BANGING on your door and yelling about it being time for check-out. I could hear them all up and down the hallway for 10 mins. I also overheard another guest saying they had also requested a late check-out and the housekeeper responded nastily, talking about, “YEAH, okayy..” Front of the hotel smells like a whole seafood boil. The elevator had a crazy strong deodorizing scent when we were coming in at 2 am and by the time we were leaving at 7 it smelt like absolute dung so I definitely see why they had over-sprayed. Save your money and go spend the night in jail!! This is the worst visit I’ve ever had at an Hilton hotel and I’ve logged over 20 stays in the past year at Hilton hotels exclusively!

The room needed to be deep cleaned; I was informed by the front desk that the housekeepers couldn’t move the fridge to clean the very visible leftover food. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself as everything needed to be cleaned. I wiped down the inside and outside of the fridge, the inside and outside of the microwave, the outside of the dishwasher and all the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, I cleaned both sides of the bathroom door, the bathroom cabinets, and the shower walls as all the surfaces had visible dirt. Additionally, outside of the room my being deeply cleaned as I requested - I had to wait until the next day for the maintenance man to come and move the fridge to clean the sides and underneath it. Also, I requested the room be serviced one day while I was out and the front desk person said ok. However, once I returned and asked when the room would be ready - he seemed shocked and asked who I had spoken with. Then proceeded to tell me that housekeeping doesn’t work in that manner after asking who I had spoken to as if it wasn’t him. It was an exceptionally frustrating experience.

This facility went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional. They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting. The only set back we had was not having a jacuzzi to unwind in but the trade off was a balcony which we enjoyed using to awake and eat our FREE BREAKFAST at. To be honest this was a remarkable start and unless we are staying five star we will continue to use this Home 2 Suites every visit to Houston.

I purchased cleaning supplies and did it myself because I requested to the room be deep cleaned and it was not. I had to talk to the front desk about it and the maintenance man was sent to clean the sides and underneath the fridge. I also cleaned both sides of the bathroom door, all the cabinet in the room, and the cabinets in the bathroom as there was visible dirt. Additionally, I requested the room be serviced while I was out and the gentleman said ok. Just to later act shocked when I asked when housekeeping would be done. He first asked who I spoke with, it was him, and then saif that he told me that housekeeping doesn’t work in that fashion.
