Near highway, room situation is a bit unsatisfied.

Service: Very polite. We arrived in the morning. Although we couldn't check in, we were treated to free breakfast and left our luggage.
Facilities: This is similar to domestic chain hotels. Although it is not the latest, it is acceptable.
Environment: Very close to NRG park, relatively convenient

Location was great, room(s) was nasty and had bedbugs. Paid in full requested a refund and still haven’t gotten in touch with management from the hotel. This has been an ongoing issue since may 8th.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Perfect place to stay for going to NRG Stadium as it’s an easy walk

This hotel doesn’t have an elevator & it wasn’t mentioned in the description. As a semi elder, it was difficult lugging my suitcase up the stairs.

The birds were cheap rock hard worse quality beds one can buy specially paying $130 a night. You have no elevator and the breakfast was just simple. I would expect a better.

Room 237, shower curtain rod is installed backwards so it curves into the shower. Other shower had peeling paint above it. Person checking us in gave us less than desirable directions to our room (sent us to building C/D by saying "straight back", not "right" to building B). Otherwise full breakfast and clean rooms and housekeeping was fabulous.
