Room size is good, clean and no smell; the environment is prefect, nice decoration.
The pool is nice, but not use due to cold weather at this moment. The experience is fine.

Great facilities, wonderful staff. Hotel is somewhat under construction - improvements for facilities are ongoing - and needed to keep the facilities & services in line with the high standards you can expect. Overall recommendable because of large rooms, good gym & pool facilities, good restaurant & bar & shop / coffee options.

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Houston was extremely disappointing. From unprofessional and dismissive front desk staff to unresolved room issues, the experience was unacceptable. The air conditioning didn't function properly, and when reported, the staff ignored the problem. Additionally, the hotel mistakenly checked me out mid-stay. Housekeeping neglected my room, leaving trash untouched and creating an unpleasant environment. Overall, the service was inadequate, and the lack of accountability and professionalism significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
