A very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the parking fee of $50 is more expensive. Facilities: good Health: good Good environment good service

The hotel room is too small and the room is generally clean

The hotel service is very good, the environment and location are good, the bedding is comfortable, and the swimming pool is clean. However, the toilet in the room is very large and takes up a lot of space in the room, making the room a bit small.

The area is safe, next to the shopping center

Overall, the hotel was very nice, for the price of this hotel and with it being rated as 4 stars, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal in the area. Most of the other hotels within the Galleria area that are around the same price haven't been renovated or look as up to date nor as clean. Secondly, the hotel lobby was also a huge plus, the bar area, the café to grab food or coffee, it was very nice and it had a welcoming atmosphere. The biggest complaints would be the bed, the room layout the utilization of the space, and not receiving any communication from housekeeping after multiple communication attempts about an Item that I had left. Nevertheless, with all of the pros and cons, for a weekend trip, if you are looking to stay in the Galleria area, then I'd definitely check out the Hyatt Regency Houston/ Galleria.

The property was in a great location, I liked being close to the mall. My room was clean, and the maids came to check on us all the time.

This property was beautiful . The staff were so friendly, I couldn’t be more pleased.

Staying in hotel was nice with good convenient room. Bathroom was perfect with nice shower. We had refrigerator and coffee machine. Tv was big and table with two chairs were located in the center of the room. We liked our room and hotel as well. Thanks to all people who work there

Amazing stay! Appreciated the early check in so I could change up and go do my business and come back to rest in my comfortable room.

Elevator had a smell Parking lot / Lobby entrance was always busy Asked staff for a spoon 4 times and didn’t get it

Great hotel in The Galleria area. Professional and nice staff all over the place. Parking not a problem.

I believe the cleaning crew didn’t change the sheets on Saturday afternoon. Used the same pillow cases. Bed was very hard…not comfortable at all.
