I booked Intown Suites Extended Stay Westchase expecting a “clean, comforting stay,” but the reality was the opposite. The room had rats, droppings, and mold, creating a serious health hazard for my children (ages 2 and 4). Management refused to move us to a safe room or issue a refund, and even falsely claimed we brought the rat ourselves. The advertised “comforting stay” is completely misleading — this place is unsanitary and unsafe. I’ve reported this to the Texas Attorney General and BBB health department and corporate and I strongly advise anyone with kids or health concerns to stay far away from this property.

Repair and repaint some part of the room
I just don't like the fact that the bathroom and some part have been decay and roaches that comes out at night make it worse. I actually stay in room 237 but not sure about other rooms
