InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Westchase

I made a reservation here on ******* when I got to the hotel to check in the rude hotel staff told me they don’t have a reservation for me and that ******* does this all the time they didn’t have any rooms available and she was very, very rude I had to go to another hotel so they blamed it on *******

This property is quiet, safe, clean, and amazing location. The office staff was very helpful and always smiling and ready to assist me. There are tons of restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and businesses nearby. I hope to return again very soon.

Wasn’t treated with respect! Appliances was broke dirt in the bed sheets…, Clark, the manager didn’t respect anything I was telling him about the appliances being broke on Christmas, DONT BOOK THERE!!!

I booked Intown Suites Extended Stay Westchase expecting a “clean, comforting stay,” but the reality was the opposite. The room had rats, droppings, and mold, creating a serious health hazard for my children (ages 2 and 4). Management refused to move us to a safe room or issue a refund, and even falsely claimed we brought the rat ourselves. The advertised “comforting stay” is completely misleading — this place is unsanitary and unsafe. I’ve reported this to the Texas Attorney General and BBB health department and corporate and I strongly advise anyone with kids or health concerns to stay far away from this property.

Run very trashy This hotel was trashy and elevator wasn’t working, wires were showing all over the place. Old looking rooms that claimed to be upgraded and supreme laughing out loud

That was nothing to like they ware in middle of doing repair posible mold problems cause of roof water damage

Noone is on property after 7pm then they will charge you if you’re not able to check in

Close to all the major stores and restaurants

The place is infested with bugs roaches.the staff didnt bother to take care of it.
